Oahu (US), April 15

India's Aditi Ashok did not find any birdies in the second round but kept her head in windy conditions to return a 1-over 73 at the LPGA Lotte Championship.

Aditi, who shot a 5-under 67 in the first round, is now 4-under and tied-7th.

South Korea's Hyo Joo Kim carded five birdies in the second round, including a nearly 20-foot chip-in from off the green at No. 6, and remains the only player bogey-free through 36 holes. She is now 10-under and is leading the field while Australian Sarah Kemp (69) is second.

Lahiri makes amends

Harbour Town: India's Anirban Lahiri recovered from an early blow to card a 2-under 69 and be tied-32 after the opening round of the RBC Heritage at Harbour Town Golf Links.

Lahiri, who came agonisingly close to getting his breakthrough win on the PGA Tour at the Players Championship, pulled in his weight after a double-bogey on the par-3 14th following a 10th tee start. He made some amends with a birdie on the 15th and then three more birdies without any bogeys fetched him a 69.

Gangjee misses cut

Hyogo (Japan): India's Rahil Gangjee gave away a double-bogey on the very last hole of his second round to miss the midway cut at the Kansai Open. The lone Indian on the Japan Tour had rounds of 70 and 74, and at 2-over 144 he missed the cut, which fell at 1-under. —
