In the Original Investigation titled “Effect of Anticoagulant Therapy for 6 Weeks vs 3 Months on Recurrence and Bleeding Events in Patients Younger Than 21 Years of Age With Provoked Venous Thromboembolism: The Kids-DOTT Randomized Clinical Trial,” published in the January 11, 2022, issue of JAMA, there was incorrect placement of 2 boxes in the flow diagram and a primary investigator was not included in Supplement 4. In Figure 1, underneath the randomization oval, the second row of boxes, which contain information about the follow-up visits, were inadvertently flipped and should have appeared on the opposite sides of the diagram. In addition, “178 Completed follow-up visit at 6 mo, 1 y, or 2 y” should have been “176 Completed follow-up visit at 6 mo, 1 y, or 2 y.” In Supplement 4, the following information should have been included “Rukhmi V. Bhat, MD, Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago, Chicago, Illinois, Principal Investigator.” This article was corrected online.
