Jada Pinkett Smith says for now her family are "focusing on deep healing" while teasing they will eventually discuss her husband Will's infamous Chris Rock slap when "time calls" on their Facebook series Red Table Talk. The 50-year-old released a trailer for the fifth season of Red Table Talk which did not mention the Oscars incident but did preview a written statement at the beginning of the first episode. "Considering all that has happened in the last few weeks, the Smith family has been focusing on deep healing," Jada said in a statement. "Some of the discoveries around our healing will be shared at the table when the time calls. "Until then … the table will continue offering itself to powerful, inspiring and healing testimonies like that of our incredibly impressive first guest." Will Smith left viewers around the world in shock when he stormed the Oscars stage to slap stand-up comedian Chris Rock after made a joke about his wife's medical condition. Rock joked Pinkett Smith, who is bald due to alopecia, would make an appearance in “G.I. Jane 2”, a 1997 movie starring Demi Moore, who shaved her head for the role. Smith then returned to his seat where he launched an expletive-filled rant at the comedian.
